Designed by Manhattan-based firm [Desai Chia Architecture](https://www.desaichia.com/), the Montauk Residence is situated just a block from the beach. Designed by Minneapolis-based firm [Snow Krielich Architects](http://snowkreilich.com/), the Wayzata Residence is situated on a beautifully scenic location with incomparable proximity to Lake Minnetonka, one of the most popular lakes in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes”.
