The neutral tones of the exterior siding allow the other architectural elements to stand out. Four-time James Beard semifinalist, Scott Anderson, will continue to oversee the Princeton and King of Prussia locations. Different than the typical mall dining experience, Mistral’s exterior and interior designs combined with the seasonal, local menu are set to introduce a dynamic culinary experience to the area. The design is largely cubic with various squares and rectangles jutting out from the primary building structure. A cement driveway surround and raised first floor give the exterior a classic beach house aesthetic. The interior is designed around an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen in one area. With [NEWPORT black walnut flooring](https://resawntimberco.com/product/newport-black-walnut/) on both the main floor and top floor, the homeowners included custom designed black walnut stair treads to connect the two floors.
