Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP included reSAWN’s KINOKO shou sugi ban reclaimed hemlock wall cladding in their new Gaithersburg location. Located in the LEED-EB Platinum certified, One Washingtonian Center, Dixon Hughes Goodman made the move from Rockville, MD with an increased focus on sustainability. Gensler-DC designed the office space with sustainable features and a simple aesthetic.

“The amenities of the office park overlooking a lake are top notch, and the location is extremely favorable to our workforce,” managing partner, Brian Carlton said in a Dixon Hughes Goodman press release. The office lobby features a large screen television and a wrap around front desk with KINOKO shou sugi ban wall cladding. Natural light streams into the main hallway through large office windows that provide a view into the One Washingtonian Center office park and lake. Each office has a display screen allowing employees to reserve conference rooms for meetings and teleconferences.
