The interior of the restaurant is clad in our [MOYASU cypress siding](https://resawntimberco.com/product/moyasu-shou-sugi-ban/). This project features #2 common grade cypress that has been burnt in the Japanese tradition of shou-sugi-ban. this ancient technique is gaining new life as a unique and modern interior and exterior wall cladding.
