This 4-story brownstone off Prospect Park in the popular, idyllic neighborhood of Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY features reSAWN’s NEW AMSTERDAM FSC ®, wide plank, original cut white oak flooring throughout. Redtop Architects also used reSAWN's New Amsterdam for stairs throughout and to create a unique entertainment cubby with wood from floor to ceiling. New Amsterdam is a design that features our original cut white oak and ammonia fuming. The combination of the character in the wood and the rich, deep color from the fuming process creates a warm floor with plenty of visual interest. Redtop specified the flooring at 6" wide and custom long lengths from 7-12' to reduce seams and to create a feeling of flow throughout.
